Retail Sales/Style Consultant

Overview
We are hiring: Part time Sales/Style Consultant

Contract: The basic is 22 hours per week over 4 days. However, we are looking for someone with plenty of FLEXIBILITY who can pick up additional days/hours during the week on a fairly regular basis to cover holidays/absences

We are open 7 days a week and you will be working as part of a rota (this means that workdays will vary and will include some weekend shifts)

This is a permanent, year round position (it is not seasonal)

You should be able to:

• Proactively engage with customers to sell, upsell and cross sell in order to drive sales and enhance the customer experience


• Maintain a visually appealing and well organised sales floor, ensuring that stock is presented at its best


• Manage stock effectively including accurate ordering in and stock takes


• Accurately handle transactions including sales processing and cash handling


• Stay up to date with product features/benefits and store policies to enable the delivery of knowledgable and helpful assistance to every customer


• Contribute to the store's social media presence, helping to create create engaging content that encourages footfall and builds brand awareness


• Efficiently process and dispatch online orders with care and accuracy


• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism \- turning up for shifts on time, ready to work and committed to being a dependable part of the team
