The Role
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our business. You will welcome customers into our showroom, understand what they are looking for and guide them through their purchase from start to finish. Can you :
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Deliver sales through confident communication and strong product knowledge
- Maintain a welcoming, inspiring store environment
- Work closely with a supportive team to achieve store targets
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Maintain organised merchandising displays that showcase products effectively and attractively
- Proven retail sales experience
- Preferred experience in flooring, furniture, or home furnishings(But its not essential)
- Confident communicator with a customer‑first approach
- Enthusiastic \& Positive
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail setting
- Reliable \& Hardworking
- Flexible to work weekends as part of a 38‑hour week
