Retail Sales Executive

Core Communication Retail is a leading supplier of PAYG SIMs and Mobile Accessories into the independent and national retail channels in the UK. We’ve seen rapid growth within the UK and have now launched our business "Core Products Europe Ltd" in Ireland.

To help us promote and develop our SIM distribution service in Ireland we have a vacancy for a Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying retailers, signing up new accounts, and managing accounts within Dublin and the surrounding southern area.

Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Executives assist with the promotion and distribution of SIMs and mobile accessories into both independent and multi retail outlets. The primary objective is to maximise the revenue \& contribution from these stores.

The ability to develop strong relationships with retailers is crucial and as such the role is 100% field based with on average 20 face to face visits per day with retailers in the assigned territory.

Key tasks include:

• Identify potential new accounts in the territory and develop relationships to secure these accounts;


• Manage accounts maintaining good business relationships and ensuring they always have the correct amount and type of stock. Analysis of outstanding stock levels per account to ensure stock is replenished in timely fashion;


• Build and maintain a strong rapport with all retail accounts within the territory making regular visits to ensure product deliveries are on time and any issues are reported and can be addressed quickly;


• Ensure the correct type and numbers of products are distributed;


• Provide regular reports of stock and activation levels by account ensuring critical sales trends are captured and key actions are taken to maximise on opportunities;


• Provide customer feedback to the management team for input into marketing and distribution strategies;


• Promote Core’s product range within territory and targeted communities and work closely with the management team on the rollout of ad hoc marketing activities;


• Attend product launches and refreshers to ensure new services and products can be demonstrated effectively within accounts.

· Valid Irish drivers licence and your own car is essential.

· Leaving Certificate is the minimum education requirement.

· Previous account management/sales experience within the independent retail channel preferred.

· Excellent communication skills with ability to build and develop strong relationships.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Good technology skills

· An understanding of basic marketing fundamentals will be advantageous
