Job Summary\*\*
As a Retail Sales Associate at Tempur Spain, you will be a key brand ambassador, responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium sleep products. You will guide customers through our product range, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their ultimate comfort and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities\*\*
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner to identify their sleep needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and technology of Tempur products (mattresses, pillows, accessories).
- Demonstrate products effectively, allowing customers to experience the comfort and support firsthand.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling/cross\-selling products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor, ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after\-sales support.
- Stay up\-to\-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and company promotions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a high\-end or specialty retail environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- A genuine interest in sleep health and well\-being products is advantageous.
