We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Wilton team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer\-focused individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is motivated by achieving sales success. Whether helping a customer choose an engagement ring, a special anniversary gift or their next watch purchase, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
The Role
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will represent the Neville Jewellers brand and provide outstanding service to every customer who visits our store.
You will:
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through jewellery, watch and gift purchases.
- Develop strong product knowledge across our collections.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in retail sales and customer service.
