Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and offering expert advice on gardening products and horticultural supplies


• Assisting customers in selecting suitable plants, tools, and accessories based on their needs


• Organising and maintaining attractive product displays to enhance store visual appeal


• Managing stock levels, including restocking shelves and organising merchandise efficiently


• Providing information about plant care, gardening techniques, and seasonal tips


• Supporting the store’s merchandising strategies to optimise sales opportunities


• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the sales area to uphold high standards of presentation

• Passion for gardening, horticulture, or related fields


• Organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure displays are attractive and stock is well\-managed


• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided


• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required


• Enthusiasm for learning about plants, gardening techniques, and store operations
