Overview

Kuhn Rikon (UK) Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Kuhn Rikon Switzerland, a Swiss designer and manufacturer of cookware and kitchenware with a rich heritage of design innovation and manufacturing quality.

We have supplied quality cookshops and department stores in the UK since 1980 and supply our products through QVC and our own website.

We have now opened our second UK retail store at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, and are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and become a vital part of creating an engaging shopping experience for our diverse customer base. In this energetic role, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help drive sales and foster customer loyalty, all while working flexible hours that fit your schedule. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience


• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise, including features and benefits


• Support visual merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well\-stocked and attractive


• Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional items that meet customer needs


• Manage checkout processes efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy using POS systems


• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and organized


• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers


• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock counts


• Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and inventory well\-maintained


• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods


• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays


• Professional manner when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
