Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences


• Assist shoppers in locating products and provide detailed product information


• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques


• Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits that meet customer needs


• Handle transactions accurately using the point\-of\-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts


• Communicate clearly with customers in English .


• Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts


• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely


• Organize stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting


• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance

• Fluency in English;


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with shoppers


• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or totals


• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer flow smoothly


• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods


• Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques for creating appealing displays


• Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone .


• Experience in upselling or suggestive selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities
