Retail Sales Assistant

Overview
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, fudge filled environment. You'll need to be passionate about fudge or just love eating loads of sweets. At Fudge Kitchen we are firm believers in making the worlds best Fudge along with amazing customer service. Being good at talking to customers is a must but whilst also putting fudge in a bag as fast as you can.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the shop and feed them samples


• Keep the shop floor clean and tidy throughout the day


• Sell fudge to the masses.


• bringing customers off the streets into the shop with our sign


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with passion


• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.


• Keep general idea of how much stock we have an notify the manager is stock level is low.


• Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively during busy periods.


• Managing a room filled with customers and make sure they all get seen to.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.


• Strong communication skills in English


• Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.


• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.


• A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products to enhance sales performance.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required

Pay: £12\.71 per hour
