Retail Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This is a full\-time position with a flexible schedule of 4 days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with OTC medications, providing expert advice, and supporting the pharmacy team in day\-to\-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing OTC medications


• Provide advice and information on OTC products, including dosage and potential side effects


• Maintain OTC product inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and manage product displays


• Ensure customer inquiries are answered professionally and efficiently


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar OTC role min 1 year


• Knowledge of common OTC medications and health products


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high\-quality service


• Availability to work every second weekend
