This position is based at our Head Office in Amersham. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.

Job Purpose

Working within the Retail Operations team, this role supports the delivery of effective and consistent operations across partnership and The Entertainer trading channels. The role is responsible for providing central administrative and operational support to store teams, field teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that day\-to\-day business activities run smoothly.

You are responsible for supporting the Retail Operations Coordinator by delivering accurate administration, maintaining clear communication, and assisting with operational processes. You work collaboratively across functions to ensure consistent standards, timely communication, and effective support for stores and partners.

Skills \& Experience

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within a retail or customer\-focused environment.


• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.


• Experience of working in a fast\-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders across different functions.

• Provide central operational and administrative support to the Retail Operations team.


• Support head office functions, stores, field teams, and external partners.


• Contribute to the effective use of the Action Desk platform for managing queries and requests.


• Prepare and distribute regular sales, operational, and performance updates.


• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports to support business decision making.


• Create and maintain clear and consistent retail communication documentation.


• Support the delivery of retail communications to ensure alignment across all locations.


• Attend meetings, capture minutes, and track actions to completion.


• Assist in coordinating operational activities across partnership and store channels.
