The project!
As a Retail Merchandising Specialist for Pepe Jeans, you will support merchandising operations across our European outlet network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. Your focus will be on maximizing sales, profitability, and stock rotation through smart product allocation and in\-store management.
What will the role entail?
- Execute the merchandising strategy for the outlet channel by store, region, and category, ensuring commercial objectives are met across all points of sale
- Plan assortment depth and width based on store typology, adapting the product offer to local market needs and demand patterns
- Manage product allocation and replenishment, coordinating inter\-store transfers to optimize stock distribution across the network
- Analyze sales performance, stock rotation, coverage, and sell\-through by store, identifying trends and areas of opportunity
- Monitor commercial KPIs on an ongoing basis, producing regular reports and actionable insights for the business
- Identify sell\-through improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions, including promotional activity, stock adjustments, and transfers
- Support the in\-store execution of new collection launches across the physical outlet network
- Lead the planning and coordination of the outlet promotional calendar, aligning activity with the schedules of the various shopping centers and retail partners
- Maintain fluid, ongoing communication with the commercial network, including store teams, Store Managers, and Area Managers
- Work cross\-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Global Merchandising teams.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Retail Merchandising/Allocation or Fashion Planning role.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced (min. C1\) level of English. Other languages will be highly valued
- Advanced Excel and MS Office package knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial mindset, with a proactive and problem\-solving attitude.
