About the Role:

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive retail sales performance. You will work closely with dealerships and internal stakeholders to ensure impactful campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives that enhance the retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• + Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive vehicle sales

+ Coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions, and dealer support programs
+ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize retail marketing initiatives
+ Support dealerships with marketing materials, digital tools, and training to ensure effective execution
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, digital marketing, and product management, to align marketing efforts
+ Manage retail events, sponsorships, and activations to strengthen brand presence at the local level
+ Track and report marketing performance metrics, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness
+ Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines and marketing policies

Your Profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field


• Experience in retail marketing, preferably within the automotive industry


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail sales dynamics


• Excellent communication and project management skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with dealerships and cross\-functional teams


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems


• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing execution
