Job Role: Retail \& Counter Assistant

Location: The Hollies Farm Shop Butchery – Little Budworth

Type of contract: Part time

Reports to: Butchery Manager/Supervisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail \& Counter Assistant to join our fantastic team at The Hollies Farm Shop Butchery. If you enjoy meeting new people, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and serving customers with a friendly smile

  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge

  • Working across our retail and food counters

  • Keeping shelves and displays fully stocked and looking their best

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shop

  • Supporting your teammates and helping wherever needed

  • Assisting with deliveries and stock replenishment

What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, approachable and positive

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

  • A team player who enjoys working with others

  • Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working in a busy environment

Additional Duties
  • Must be flexible to work weekends
