Retail Business Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and Finance/Insurance products within our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. This role requires a proactive approach to managing daily a Team working with our Sales Managers/Controllers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
. Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
· Efficiently and professionally handling sales enquiries
· Construct customer deals, when necessary, including finance solutions and value added products
· Managing the sales team and sales processes
· Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
· Involvement in daily briefing, keeping the Sales Manager and team updated
· Assisting the team to identify customer needs, providing coaching and support
· Assisting the Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
· Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
· Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
· Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and pre\-owned Caravan/Motorhome transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Their ideal Sales Business Manager should have:
· Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the Automotive Industry or Leisure sector.
· Good understanding of a sales environment
· Experience managing a large, successful sales team
· Strong sales generation abilities
. FCA Accreditation would be beneficial
. Able to build outstanding customer relationships with excellent negotiating skills;
∙ Able to manage own time effectively, and work well under pressure
· Current UK Driving License
