Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.   • Organise merchandising displays to maximise product visibility and optimise sales opportunities.

  • Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and oversee inventory control procedures.

  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive team environment.

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

  • Assist in planning promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Maintain administrative records, including sales reports, staff schedules, and stock documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
Experience
  • Proven management or supervisory experience within a retail setting is essential.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are advantageous.

  • Experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational tasks is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative duties efficiently with good time management skills.
