Position: Key Holder / Retail Assistant
Location: Ashford, Kent
Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.00 an hour
What You'll Do:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Sunday, 7th: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, 9th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday, 11th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Monday, 15th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday, 20th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday, 22nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday, 23rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday, 25th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday, 27th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday, 29th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, 30th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Wednesday, 1st: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday, 2nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday, 3rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday, 4th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as outlined above.
- Competitive pay at £14.00 per hour.
