Are you passionate about retail and ready to take on a key role in a vibrant store environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Key Holder / Retail Assistant to join their dynamic team in Ashford! If you have keyholder experience and a love for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Key Holder / Retail Assistant
Location: Ashford, Kent
Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.00 an hour

What You'll Do:

  • Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.

  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Shifts Available:
  • Sunday, 7th: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday, 9th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Thursday, 11th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Monday, 15th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Saturday, 20th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Monday, 22nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Tuesday, 23rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Thursday, 25th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday, 27th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Monday, 29th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Tuesday, 30th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

July Shifts:
  • Wednesday, 1st: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Thursday, 2nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Friday, 3rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday, 4th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as outlined above.
