• High levels of self\-motivation and professionalism


• The ability to lead by example and inspire others


• A passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Previous experience in a quality hospitality environment (experience within a 1–2 AA Rosette venue is preferred)

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in setting standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience time and time again.
