Responsibilities:
\- Ensure that FOH operates efficiently and meets all service and brand standards.
\- Supervise the day to day operations of the FOH team.
\- Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of quality and service.
\- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
\- Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting.
\- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations.
\- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25\.0 – 35\.0 per week
