We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our bustling establishment. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food production processes, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant environment.This is a hands on role and well need to lead from the front .

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure efficient service deliver


• Manage and motivate team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and baristas


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times


• Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing professional development


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment


• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas


• Support the management team in implementing promotional activities and special events


• Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences to guests

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food production


• Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff


• Previous restaurant or cafe experience is highly desirable


• Knowledge of serving procedures and hospitality standards


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced setting whilst maintaining attention to detail


• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


• A friendly demeanour with exceptional communication skills
