We blend dark wood, low lighting, and a softly sophisticated, cozy atmosphere with rare Campari selections, artisanal vermouths, and exceptional local produce. We aren’t about rushing people out the door or chasing Instagram bait; we’re about delivering proper, thoughtful service, incredible drinks, and beautifully simple small plates in a space that feels like a hidden back\-street eatery in Venice.
We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our tight\-knit team and help us curate that perfect, relaxed\-yet\-polished rhythm every single night.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the floor. You aren't just managing a shift; you’re setting the tone for the entire room. You will lead by example, ensuring our guests experience the warm, tactful, and highly knowledgeable hospitality we are known for.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Opening \& Closing: Taking full ownership of the venue, managing secure cash handling, final checks, and ensuring the bar is pristine and locked up correctly.
Setting the Standard: Acting as the benchmark for impeccable service levels, top\-tier people skills, and sharp front\-of\-house admin.
Driving Team Excellence: Mentoring and motivating a small, passionate team to maintain our upscale\-casual brand standards while driving sales naturally through authentic menu storytelling.
Creative Input: Collaborating directly on the development of our seasonal food and drink menus, bringing your own flair to our aperitivo and wine program, and helping shape local marketing and sales activities.
Dynamic Problem Solving: Keeping a cool head when the room gets busy, handling guest feedback gracefully, and thinking on your feet to keep the evening flowing perfectly.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast\-paced, high\-quality restaurant or premium cocktail/wine bar environment.
The Vibe: You are naturally dynamic, highly engaging, and possess great customer service instincts. You know how to be attentive without invading a guest's space.
The Skills: Strong organization and admin habits, clear communication, and an authentic passion for hospitality, natural wines, and Italian spirits.
The Drive: A creative mind who wants to contribute ideas to help grow our independent business and elevate our menu offerings.
