We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your role will involve supervising staff incorporating on the job training, managing the booking system, and fostering a positive team environment.

As we head into the summer we are searching for the right candidate to join our front of house team, assisting the General Manager with day to day operations.

Salt Uppermill \- rosette restaurant in the heart of Uppermill offering casual fine dining in a sophisticated and classy environment.
The Waggon Inn \- is a gastro pub operating in its current format for 11 years. A hard earned reputation in the local area needs not just to be maintained but improved upon. The menus have a combination of well established pub favourite dishes and more refined dishes depending on the occasion. The right candidate will need to be able to maintain the level of service quality, whilst working in a fast paced environment as The Waggon Inn is positioned in a prominent location with a high volume of covers.
Bar and Catering company also within the Saddleworth area \- the new operation for January 2026, wedding and events venue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and train front of house staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
- Action training programmes for front of house employees to enhance team performance.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
- Proven experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team dynamics and staff development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Pay: £13\.00\-£13\.50 per hour
