Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience


• Banqueting experience a bonus


• Brilliant leadership skills and ability to lead by example.


• Strong communication skills with your team and an eye for detail overlooking your guests.


• Ability to work well under pressure as well as create solutions when problems arise within the company or in our guests’ dining experience.


• You will be working within a Family owned Restaurant with a General Manager who has been with us for 30 years and a Restaurant Manager 25 years.


• We are a very structured business with great working conditions and a fantastic team of 70 staff.

Pay: £14\.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Glasgow G72 9RN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Supervising experience: 3 years (required)


• Restaurant management: 3 years (required)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)
