Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise performance
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage staff schedules, organise shifts, and monitor labour costs effectively
- Assist in training new staff members on service procedures, food safety, and customer service protocols
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production and presentation standards
- Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and manage inventory efficiently
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management abilities with excellent leadership qualities
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Experience in food production, serving, or kitchen operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with customers
- Hospitality background with experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working environment
Pay: £24,420\.00\-£47,218\.67 per year
