Eddie Rocket’s Naas is looking for an experienced and energetic FOH Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team.

We’re an American\-style family diner, and we’re looking for someone who is bubbly, confident, customer\-focused and loves being part of a busy team.

⭐ THIS IS A FULL\-TIME POSITION

The successful candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 shifts per week across 7 days — Monday to Sunday, including AM and/or PM shifts.

EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Previous experience in the Food \& Beverage industry and/or a previous Supervisor/Team Leader role is essential.

We are looking for someone who already has experience working in a busy hospitality environment and is confident taking responsibility for a team and the restaurant floor.

THE ROLE

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and our other Supervisors, you will play an important role in the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the FOH team during busy service


• Managing the restaurant floor and ensuring excellent customer service


• Opening and closing the restaurant


• Supporting the Manager with the smooth running of the restaurant


• Motivating and leading the team


• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation


• Helping to create the fun, energetic atmosphere Eddie Rocket’s is known for

You will be:
