Restaurant Supervisor/Duty Manager

Duties

• Supervise and manage staff, ensuring efficient operations and high\-quality service.


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining adherence to food safety standards.


• Train and mentor team members in hospitality best practices, including serving techniques and customer engagement.


• Manage inventory levels with our bar supervisor, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.


• Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.

• Proven experience in supervising roles within the hospitality industry.


• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.


• Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.


• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.


• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.


• Experience as a barista is an advantage, showcasing versatility in service roles.
