Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team of staff. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, maintaining a positive team environment.
- Monitor daily operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer service to optimise guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene protocols.
- Assist in training new staff members in service procedures, and safety practices.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient restaurant operation.
- Collaborate with the management team on menus, promotional activities, and operational improvements.
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience in food safety standards and food production processes.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Previous restaurant experience is essential; hotel or barista experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English; friendly demeanour with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Pay: £28,420\.00\-£38,278\.29 per year
