Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and service\-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Korean restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about Korean food and culture, has intermediate\-level Korean language skills, and can lead the team to provide excellent customer service in a fast\-paced environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and support front\-of\-house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and team supervision
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Support inventory management and stock control
- Help maintain a positive and energetic working environment
- Assist management with opening and closing procedures
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Korean hospitality and culture
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- Intermediate\-level Korean language skills required
- Strong interest in Korean food, culture, and customer hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
