Restaurant Supervisor ( Day times)
XII is a relaxed and elevated dining and drinking restaurant. We pride ourselves on our first class food paired with excellent service.
We are looking for a supervisor to lead our breakfast and lunch time service.
Our lunches are busy and walk in led , so can go from a couple of tables very quickly to a full restaurant so being adaptable and able to quickly change gears is vital
Our breakfast and lunch is fast paced, you will need to be experienced in delivering exceptional service at speed, be a pro on the floor and be competent behind the bar serving great coffees in a timely manner
EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
The key shifts would be Thursday\- Saturday , with a start time of 8am. additional shifts would be available along with some flexibility in helping at other busy times Finish time is flexible but around 3\-5pm
The Responsibilities would include
opening the restaurant, ensuring the customer area is properly presented, setting the bar up.
Delivering exceptional service each and every time.
