Restaurant Supervisor.

We are seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor in Kilmurry \& Co, to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a solid background in restaurant or hotel environments. The position is paid at national minimum wage and offers holiday pay. Weekend availability is a must. Cash tips daily.Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar and restaurant to ensure smooth service delivery.


• Serve drinks including cocktails and coffees


• Manage opening and closing procedures and cleanliness standards.


• Handle customer enquiries and bookings


• Operate the till and cashup at the end of the night

• Supervisor experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.


• teamwork skills


• Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


• Familiarity with serving in busy environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous.


• Knowledge of hospitality best practices including food safety protocols and customer service excellence.


• Previous barista experience or experience working behind a bar is beneficial but not essential.
