We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Blanc NRI Indian Cuisine Restaurant.
Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Blanc NRI Indian Cuisine Restaurant
Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday \& Sunday
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM (5 hours per shift)
Hours per Week: 30 hours
Pay Rate: £15\.00 per hour
Daily Pay: £75\.00 per shift
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front\-of\-house staff during service.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Welcome and assist customers, handling enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support where required.
- Coordinate table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
- Support staff training and development.
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience is essential.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good problem\-solving and organisational skills.
- Flexible and reliable with excellent timekeeping.
