Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dining team.
The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and upholding the high standards and values of Ballymaloe House Hotel.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Operational Management:
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including reservations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Quality Control:
Uphold the highest standards in food and beverage quality, presentation and overall dining experience.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the restaurant.
Sustainability Focus:
Implement and support sustainable practices in restaurant operations, in alignment with Ballymaloe's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and contribute to the success of Ballymaloe House Hotel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious practices.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
