Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service and food quality.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting excellent hospitality.
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, utilizing culinary skills to enhance menu offerings.
- Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervising and team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience in food preparation and cooking, with bartending skills as a plus
- Background in food production and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with hotel or barista roles is advantageous
- Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to excellent service
