Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front\-of\-house team at one of Yorkshire's most prestigious fine dining restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high\-end environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant


• Lead, motivate, and develop the front\-of\-house team


• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained


• Manage reservations, staffing levels, and service flow


• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism


• Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within fine dining


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and premium customer service


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment


• Well\-presented, organised, and detail\-oriented

The working week is Wednesday to Sunday. The restaurant is open for Dinner Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and for lunch service on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
