Taco Bell are delighted to now be recruiting for an experienced Restaurant General Manager at our restaurant in Hull (The Beacon).

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a very hands on \- driven Restaurant Manager who is eager to progress in one of the quickest expanding brands in the UK.

Famous for our great value and culture, Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing Mexican\-inspired QSR chains internationally, we are now looking to add new managerial talent to spearhead our Taco Bell culture which we are famously known for. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a keen interest working with both the public and food. Previous experience in Customer Service / Management / QSR industry is preferred.

Candidates must be able to quickly adapt to the work environment and also work effectively as part of the new Management Team to co\-ordinate a team of 40\+ team members to deliver on all KPIs ensuring all stringent Food Safety / Health and Safety measures are consistently executed with unrivalled restaurant cleanliness and customer hospitality.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drive / Coach / Support all Team Members on a shift by shift basis whilst ensuring your restaurant is operating to its full potential \- whilst delivering year on year sales growth.

All roles must deliver stringent Food safety / Health safety measures / unrivalled restaurant cleanliness with fantastic customer service and build on a famous culture on a day by bay basis.
