Restaurant Manager – Sanremo, Bath

Salary from £35k up to £45k per annum depending on experience. \+ Industry leading bonus scheme.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead the team at Sanremo, our modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Bath.

You’ll take ownership of the day\-to\-day front\-of\-house operation, inspiring your team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality and an exceptional experience for every guest. This is a fast\-paced role with high standards, offering an exciting next step for a confident hospitality professional who leads by example.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high\-performing front\-of\-house team


• Oversee each service, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently


• Maintain consistently high standards of hospitality and presentation


• Create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting relationships with our guests


• Support recruitment, training, feedback and team appraisals


• Drive performance and help the restaurant reach its full potential


• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene and alcohol licensing requirements


• Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team


• Support local marketing, events and the restaurant’s social presence

• You have previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience


• You’re a confident, positive leader who brings out the best in others


• You’re passionate about Italian food, wine and genuine hospitality


• You remain calm, organised and hands\-on during busy services


• You communicate clearly and have excellent attention to detail


• You understand the commercial and operational demands of a successful restaurant
