We’re looking for an experienced and hands\-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front\-of\-house team at Lochgreen House Hotel Spa. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a high\-quality dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, train, and motivate the front\-of\-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Oversee the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant, including reservations and table flow.
Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members.
Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
Drive revenue through effective upselling and positive guest engagement.
Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, ensuring concerns are resolved appropriately.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
Help create a welcoming, professional, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager within a hotel or restaurant setting.
Previous fine dining experience is essential.
Experience working in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
A positive, professional, and team\-focused approach.
A full, valid driving licence is preferred.
