Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members across various roles such as servers, bartenders, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance.


• Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.


• Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to guarantee timely delivery of quality dishes.


• Lead by example in hospitality excellence, providing outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with guests.


• Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; order stock as needed to support daily operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.


• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary standards.


• Experience in bartending or bar management is highly desirable.


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff.


• Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and food production processes.


• Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.


• Skilled in serving guests with professionalism and warmth; barista experience is an added advantage.


• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced setting.
