Restaurant Manager

We are now recruiting a full time restaurant floor manager to join our management team for our busy restaurant in Cork City.

We are a restaurant of 28 covers in the heart of Cork and we are dedicated to showcasing the best produce. We open 6 days per week and have traded successfully since 2012\.

Our dedicated award winning team work closely to ensure the best possible guest experience. Our service style is warm, informative and welcoming. We are a certified Great Place to Work for the third year in a row.

You will work closely with our ownership team to ensure that the standards that we offer continue to develop and that all guest requirements are met.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience at a management level in a similar setting. You'll be financially and computer literate, used to managing and working with a committed team and be interested in all of the further growth opportunities our company has to offer. You'll be energetic and solutions focused and ready for the challenge of managing a 2 storey building in the heart of the city.

We take for granted that you love food, are calm, professional and would like a challenge.
