We’re searching for a confident Restaurant Manager.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• To provide friendly,courteous,and professional service at all times to the highest standards,leading by example.


• To build and maintain an efficient team of employees,driving the team towards the objectives of the business.


• To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.


• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards,giving regular feedback and appraisals


• To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.


• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team,finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:

• You have 2 years \+ experience in this position


• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers,as well as the entire front of house operation.


• You love to wow guests with exceptional service,and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.


• You have excellent English language skills
