HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER / OPERATION MANAGER

Location: New Cross Rd

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Operation Manager to join our team.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience

  • Candidates with experience in Chinese restaurants are highly preferred

  • Experience in banquet, party, or event operations is a strong advantage

  • Preferred age: 40 – 55 years old

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Professional, responsible, and able to handle daily operations efficiently

  • Fluent in chinese (Mandarin,Cantonese)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations

  • Supervise staff and maintain service quality

  • Coordinate banquet and event operations

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business performance
