We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of restaurant functions, from supervising staff to ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of staff including servers, bartenders to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations across all departments
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Organise staff training programmes focused on hospitality standards, food safety, and service excellence
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production and menu development to enhance culinary offerings
- Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the organisation’s commitment to hospitality
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is desirable
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as chef or barista is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and hospitality standards
Pay: £15\.00\-£18\.00 per hour
