We’re looking for a hands\-on Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our busy daytime operation, covering breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

This is a role for someone who lives for the buzz of service, cares deeply about standards, and wants real authority on the floor — without sacrificing their evenings.

This is not a late\-night, alcohol\-led venue.
It’s not a desk\-based management role.
It is a leadership position where your judgement, presence, and decisions directly shape how the restaurant runs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading breakfast, brunch, and lunch services end\-to\-end


• Being the senior, visible presence on the floor during peak periods


• Setting the pace, tone, and standard of service every day


• Coaching and developing supervisors and front\-of\-house teams in real time


• Addressing performance issues clearly and constructively when they arise


• Owning rotas, staffing levels, and day\-to\-day people management


• Working closely with senior leadership to keep the operation calm, consistent, and disciplined

You’ll be trusted to run the restaurant properly — and expected to take responsibility when things don’t go to plan.

Who We’re Looking For

• A proven Restaurant Manager, or an Assistant Manager who can confidently run full services independently


• A service\-first leader who leads from the floor, not from behind a screen


• Someone comfortable making decisions under pressure


• Calm, organised, and confident holding standards


• People\-focused, but not conflict\-averse
