Restaurant Manager at Loco Chicken

As a Restaurant Manager at Loco Chicken, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, develops and delivers strong results – both day\-to\-day and over time.

You are responsible for building an operation where energy, guest focus and structure go hand in hand, and where the team enjoys coming to work, develops and delivers every day.

This is a highly operational and hands\-on role. You lead from the floor, set the pace in the restaurant and ensure that both people and processes run smoothly. During the start\-up phase, you will help build the foundations from the ground up. After opening, you will continue to drive the restaurant forward with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and results.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant’s team, structure and ways of working


• Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and scheduling


• Ensure that food quality, speed, service, hygiene and safety consistently meet Loco Chicken’s standards


• Monitor sales, costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively work towards strong profitability


• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members in their daily work


• Create a positive and clear culture where accountability, teamwork and engagement come naturally


• Continuously work to improve the working environment, operational efficiency and guest experience

You are a leader who doesn’t wait for all the answers – you take ownership, make decisions and build success in the restaurant.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in a leadership role within restaurants, fast casual, QSR, service or retail


• Experience working in a start\-up, change or growth environment


• A basic to strong understanding of financial performance, budgeting and P\&L responsibility


• The ability to lead, motivate and develop people


• A clear, direct and confident communication style


• A strong focus on both guests and the team
