Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy, vibrant Italian restaurant in the heart of Manchester City Centre. The salary range is competitive for restaurant management roles in Manchester city centre hospitality.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, and team performance. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front\-of\-house operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, servers, and hosts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and labour costs
- Ensure compliance with health \& safety and food hygiene regulations
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability targets
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
- Good understanding of financial controls and KPIs
- Experience within Italian or premium casual dining is advantageous
