Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards while adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage daily operations including opening, closing, scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate serving staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction; provide training on service protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area in accordance with health regulations; conduct regular safety inspections.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation within a busy restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including culinary techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with bar operations such as bartending or barista experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff toward common goals.
- Prior experience in hospitality management that emphasizes excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Pay: £32,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
