Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.


• Oversee food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards while adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.


• Manage daily operations including opening, closing, scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.


• Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.


• Coordinate serving staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction; provide training on service protocols.


• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area in accordance with health regulations; conduct regular safety inspections.


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervisory responsibilities.


• Extensive background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation within a busy restaurant environment.


• Knowledge of kitchen operations including culinary techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.


• Familiarity with bar operations such as bartending or barista experience is a plus.


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff toward common goals.


• Prior experience in hospitality management that emphasizes excellent customer service and operational excellence.
