Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) – Fukagawa Ramen, Berlin

We are Fukagawa Ramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant in Berlin, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high\-quality service


• Manage and train staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment


• Handle scheduling, inventory, and supplier relations


• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulations


• Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively


• Optimize workflows and improve overall restaurant performance

• Proven experience in restaurant management (minimum required)


• Degree or training in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus


• Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)


• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and organizational skills


• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills


• Valid driver's license (required for supplier coordination and operational tasks)
