What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the day\-to\-day restaurant operation and keeping service smooth from open to close


• Leading from the floor and supporting the team during busy services


• Creating a positive, motivated team culture where people enjoy coming to work


• Delivering warm, memorable hospitality and building relationships with regulars and locals


• Managing rotas, stock, standards, and general restaurant operations


• Working closely with the kitchen team to make sure every guest has a great experience


• Helping drive sales while keeping standards and quality consistently high

• Previous experience managing in a busy restaurant, pub, or hospitality venue


• A natural people person who can lead a team with confidence and positivity


• Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys a fast\-paced environment


• Strong organisational skills and a hands\-on approach


• A genuine passion for food, service, and hospitality


• Good understanding of labour, stock control, and day\-to\-day business performance


• Driving licence preferred due to village location

• Competitive salary of £35,000–£42,000
