Restaurant Manager \- Requirements:
Previous hospitality management experience at least 5 yers as a restaurant manager
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands\-on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills
Excellent customer care skills
Leading our exceptional Front of House team to set\-up and deliver a unique guest experience. Lead the team in service, demonstrating great attention to detail and product knowledge to drive quality and consistency.
Manage our Front of House team including supporting recruitment, delivering performance reviews and leading training sessions. Determining staffing needs based on sales volume, special events, , with the ability to create a cost\-efficient, fair rota on a week\-by\-week basis. Delivering engaging and effective training and team briefs to ensure our dining room atmosphere is optimal and standards are set for an impeccable experience.
Salary plus tips combined approx £45k
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£46,000\.00 per year
