This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead service in a high\-profile, luxury environment known for its classic elegance, exceptional service standards, and modern British fine dining.
About the role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, while leading and inspiring a passionate front\-of\-house team.
You will work closely with senior chefs and the wider hotel leadership team to maintain the highest levels of hospitality expected from a multi\-award\-winning restaurant.

Pay: £34,000\.00\-£41,000\.00 per year
